Refund Policy and More

All refund requests will apply only under these circumstances, with no exceptions:

If you or your child decide you don’t want to continue after the first day of class, you may withdraw and receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. However, you must email CSLI at info@castanedaspanish.com prior to the start of the second day of class to obtain a refund. After that, no refunds will be given.

 

If for some reason a course doesn’t start or has to be interrupted –same applies for personal instruction-, the only responsibility of CSLI is to return the money of the tuition for the sessions that have been paid and will not take place.

 

Tuition is not transferrable from one class to another.  Being absent from class does not constitute withdrawal.

 

If I miss a class, can I make it up?

 

Group classes: We are happy to offer you a make-up class, but we can do it only if there is space available in a similar class to the one you are taking and within the same time period. This is the only option to make up a class. No classes can be made up after the course has ended.

 

Inclement weather:  If a class (or classes) is canceled due to inclement weather, we’ll try to make it / them up, but we cannot guarantee it.

 

If any children have any special needs, please call us at (657) 522-0327 or email us at info@castanedaspanish.com so that we can provide the best experience possible for each child.

 

CSLI is not responsible for your child prior to and after the scheduled class. Please make sure that necessary supervision is provided.

 

If you paid by check, and the check is returned for non-sufficient funds, we will assess a $25 insufficient funds fee.

 

CAMPS REFUND For all camps that are registered through us, cancellations that are communicated more than three weeks prior to the start of the camp can be refunded, less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations that are communicated less than three weeks, up to the first day of camp can be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee.

If we do not get sufficient enrollment to hold the camp, CSLI will make every effort to provide alternative camp locations, or you will be offered the option of a full refund.  If you need help at any time, please call us before paying so that we can help or email us at info@castanedaspanish.com.

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for CastanedaSpanish.com. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to process payment.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Security 
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Registering

In order to enroll a student in a class, a user must complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address and name of student).  This information is used to set up the classes and will not be shared with anyone else.

To register a student for a class you must provide contact information (like name and address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
